People dropship branded items all the time. However, unless you have explicit permission from the brand, it's most likely against their TOS.

Have a read through of Samsungs. The worst case scenario would be that the brand would chase you down and file a civil lawsuit. In all honesty though, that would be unlikely.

A far greater risk would be your customers finding the product a lot cheaper elsewhere, as Samsung is a well represented company.

Also, you will see a pretty shit margin on those types of items.

Thanks for the replies. I am not planning to promote established brands. I am just talking about the 'brands' that make small tech gadgets on aliexpress like the ones i mentioned.

My mistake,

The only real issue would then be the second one.

Out of interest, why do you not think you will be able to sell those types of branded items?

I don't know if those "companies" that have watermarks on their pictures and stuff will let me sell their products, that's why i was asking :)

I guess to make sure, i will have to ask each supplier seperately if i can dropship and use their images on my site.

Thank you for the answers guys!

You can dropship branded items, however, there is always a slight risk. Always do your due diligence on the company and the extent to which you may potentially violate TOS.

Most Chinese "brands" would be fine with selling their products.
I'm sure that they won't reject you if you contact them with your business plan :)
In case of a newborn Chinese brand with worldwide market interests they may ask you to become franchise .

Baseus in your example have such option and their products looks promising.
