However, your concern should not be whether they allow you to set up a payment gateway with or without a Business PayPal account. Your concern should be focused on the fact that, when your customers place an order through your site, they will see your actual name rather than your business'. That isn't really professional. If I ordered something online, paid through PayPal and saw that my money went to an individual rather than an actual business, I'd ask for a refund the following instant. It just shouts scam - it's not rocket science.

That being said, consider a Business account.
