How do you provide customer service to people?
What if a product you supply is defective?
Thanks

I offer customer service mainly via email but sometimes via live chat.
If a product is defective I refund it and offer a free replacement for low value items. For high value items refund or replace.
usually the return shipping fee is very expensive
customers not return consider the shipping fee
I usually just send them a brand new one because the cost to ship it is usually more than the whole item shipped from China.
The big problem with dropshipping is people actually have no clue what they are selling. Also they dont have any competence or knowledge about their product or how it works. Thats why the product should be as easy to use as possible.
you can only offer support in terms of refunds. Refund and move on.
Yes, but guess what? Only a very few are actually doing it. I mean...the most people can't even setup a store properly and think they can sell lots of products, do you think they make the effort to actually test the product? There's always an option of ordering a product before you start selling it.

The biggest problem is the extremely LONG waiting time + sellers on Aliexpress being unreliable.
Once I waited for a product for 40 days in Germany. Another time when I was in Thailand it took 3 weeks (from Shenzhen to Thailand is really not that far). Nobody who wants to start dropshipping will wait for a product for 3 weeks just to start the shop then.
Oh, I did very well with dropshipping. Never said I failed. I did it in 2016 already, before all the hype kicked off. No idea where you take this conclusion from and also no idea why you would just make statements like this. If you would know about dropshipping, you would know DHL shipping is $30+ for some small ass item. And just for your information, before you talk about “infantile nature” or “failed”: I scaled the shit out of my stores, since then went to China, visited several factories, spent 5 figures on inventory and got 6 figures in return making my own brands etc. Dont judge someone just from a few posts on some thread mate.Ship it on DHL then, you can't put this as an excuse. I have no sympathy for people failing in business due to their infantile nature.

thats the whole point of dropshipping you dont need touch product or warehouse you dont need to pay for bills or pay for product you dont need to pay at all customers will...There's always an option of ordering a product before you start selling it.

lets say someone have watch dropshipping store with more then 100+ products Should he order them all?Yep, let’s sell a product without even seeing it irl. Seems like a great idea.
