dropshipper from beltal screwed me up..

Hi guys.

I've bought Nokia mobile phone through a gold supplier from Beltal.com
Today I've received the phone. It is not a Nokia phone.. it's an iphone and it doesn't even work.

What do you guys recommend that I get my money back?
I've paid through paypal, can i request the money from paypal? how?

Please help me!

you have two possibilities

1) Open up a paypal dispute and wait for paypal to settle the problem
2) Call your credit card company and reverse the charges.


However, paypal doesn't like it when you call the credit card company and may mess with your account...soo...

Yeah, it's a chinese knockoff. That's the entire site. You're supposed to use that site to sell the replicas to others lol

I doubt PayPal will give you your money back. PayPal will only refund your money if the item wasn't shipped...

And you should never expect to get REAL phones or electronics from any Chinese site.
