Dropshiping Questions ( Newbie)

Hi to all, I hope I find you well.
To the question now!(not really)
I am setting up a dropshipping site for a friend ( Wordpress experience, but not in the dropshipping area)

Some info before the question ( i told you not really)

1. it will be a WordPress site, (on a shared hosting plan for a start, after it will be transferred to a VPS/Dedicated) to keep the starting cost low.
2. The products will be more than 600-700
3. Need to be able to filter products ( price, type, etc)

I have come down to 2 plugins

1. alidropshipping ( original or woo )
2. ali2woo. ( not interested in monthly paid services) .

To the questions. (yea really)

1. alidropshipping original seems not to be customizable ( filters on products, etc). Anyone using it to confirm it?
2. Will alidropshipping woo perform well with products over 500? (on a vps/dedicated)
3. With ali2woo will I be able to use any theme I want?
