Dropship Real Estate?

Hi,
I was just curious if anyone has had any experience with or heard of a program called Dropship Real Estate? Theres pretty scant articles about it online, but from what I gathered seemed like you would be selling houses you didn't own...??... I had some blackhat money-making ideas swirling around in my head about the whole thing, but figured it sounded too risky. I mean, technically you need to be licensed to sell property, right? Any input is greatly appreciated!

Yes, this is called house flipping. Im new into this, but it's possible and it is very profitable.

When you sell a house that you don't own, some people call that Wholesaling, or contract flipping. In some parts of the US it is illegal to do unless you have a real estate license, like Ohio. If you don't have your license and get caught promoting a property, like on craigslist, its a $1,000 per day fine and you can never get your license. Pretty hefty fine if you ask me. If you are interested in real estate wholesaling a great place to start is bigger pockets.

Bigger Pockets is a great podcast for Real Estate, absolutely. Next time though, try to not bump a 7 year old thread...
