2. he does not return, you refund out of your pocket then issue a refund/complaint to seller because items are not as described, if he and aliexpress honors that desciosion you get your money, if not you lose on this sale.

3. you can't ... just pick the top sellers with 1000s of sales/reviews and hope they are fair as they got a high reputation. just put in order text "no promotional materials in the package, this is a dropshipping business"
