Dropping in

Greetings, I'm brand new to ecommerce, IM, and SEO. I use to work in finance doing 60+ hour weeks starting before sunrise, working for an irascible boss (although he's a good man and he ran a very good franchise). To date, I've only made maybe a few hundred dollars selling things on the internet.

I've always wanted to strike out on my own, so I did. I left my job in October to go on a surf trip and then find a new town to live in and get started building a business. So far I've failed and had terrible luck at everything. I was evacuated from the Malibu fire for a week, then my flight got cancelled, then I lost a bunch of money paying for hotels while I looked for new places to live. Fortunately, I may be able to recover much of this from insurance.

Now I'm laser focused on getting a dropshipping niche site up and running and learning as I go. I would eventually like to narrow down on individual products and build a brand.

Good luck! Usually, to get a stable dropshipping business you need a good amount of money and a lot of time (to find suppliers / make the products etc)

I'm doing this full-time now. If you have recommendations for learning resources, I'm all ears.
