Dropped rankings ? (-10 spots)

So i have great content, updated weekly , manual backlinks ( blog comments) with low OBL and there is some
social network seo and today all my sites drop in rankings ? What the hell is this

I commented on this in another thread. Most of my sites with quality backlinks etc.. have dropped. My blogspot blogs with just crappy content and banners always go up in the rankings,and never drop. Sticking to blogs from now on, and no backlinks.
