Dropcatch and namebright are scam ?

I cant log in to my namebright account despite reseting my password
I used dropcatch and I fully finished my payment in dropcatch account. There are no any domains in cart in dropcatch
But I cant log in my namebright account to manage my domains. I am very confused.
I reseted password severally but failure. I am sure my password and user are right. I can log in my dropcatch account but namebright cant be accessed
there are 2 domains in my namebright account. I try to contact them through email but not reply yet

Did you try to reach out to the support? They always reply in a day

I am wating for reply. I had 2 accounts, and both 2 accounts have same problems. All domains in account was lost

No offense mate, but the problem most likely its you. I am willing to bet a few bucks that either your username or password are NOT right. Copy your password, paste when change it, paste when login and you`ll be fine.

I says again again and again, my password and username are right, completely right. I copied and paste several times. I even reseted my password and username several times. I try a lots way to log in, I checked my keyboard macbook, clear history and cookies. If you want to bet with me. We can bet 100$. I am sure about everything before posting this thread

Well I am using Dropcatch/Namebright for years, have both personal and company accounts, have colleagues using them and never ever heard anyone having this problem. So, the question is now what`s the chances that their system failed only for you, or you did a mistake. Probably something silly like copying an extra space with your user or pass. Still to answer your question - no, they are not scam.

I can give you account and you can test, ok ?
 
It seems you messed up with your passwords.
As i know - login details to both sites are the same.

yes, dropcatch account and namebright account are the same. But I only log in dropcatch account, I finished my fully payment in dropcatch, but now I cant log in namebright account to receive them.
 
this is 4 days, they cant fix their problems. My domains still are in my account, I cant do everything, I need a US person to call namebright for help.
