You can use Alidropship plugin to import products. I heard a lot about it on BHW. I think it is good.

A big downside for Shopify for me is the monthly fee, and having to pay for every little plugin you want (like adding reviews or upsells) for an additional monthly fee.
With woocommerce, you just pay for your domain, and maybe pay for a bunch of unlimited licenses to the plugins you use on every store (Astra Pro, Elementor Pro, WP-Rocket, Imagify, etc.). You can start up multiple stores at once, and just let them sit there for months with no recurring fee if you're not doing much with it.

Alidropship used to be okay, but now it is not worth a single cent, their support is now horrible, they are more focused on developping and selling overpriced addons which are not adding any value if you compare what you can get from the competitors, also their wordpress version is the worst because you will get stucks with themes that look like 10y old stuff, my words are based on my 2y experience with them. if you want a solution out of the box, shopify is the way to go.

For importing products from Aliexpress, you can use Dropified, it's better than AliDropship...
