Drop shipping question

Hi, I'm very new to this forum and the term drop-shipping with ebay caught my attention, but I'm not quite sure how it works...

Let me know if i get it right, for example there is a iPhone 4 for 100$ on amazon and people are selling it for 125$ on ebay, do I just make a order from an amazon account to that person, and hope the person will believe i've sent it my self?

Also, why is the hazzle with amazon accounts, do people use carded cc's on them? I just find it hard to build a rep on ebay then.

Hope someone can make my understanding of all this a better

people try to ship from Amazon using Amazon Prime to meet eBay delivery deadline, and Amazon will cancel your Prime membership if they catch you drop shipping using prime.
