sell as low as possible, in the beginning you do not need to think about profit, just selling and build your account
that sounds less risky; I always have had success with selling cheaper items in a niche then moving into more profitable stuff once account is established. For example, I will build up account with $5 fashion rings and then gradually start listing $800 diamond rings.
They don't like it, but they will not ban you for it. Drop shipping is fine if your supplier actually has the product in hand to ship when listing is active. Don't mention you're doing it in your liting, since buyers will not buy from you if you mention that you're not the shipper.

do not mention anything, just do it like other sellers do, if you mention that you got that product from Amazon or Walmart and you sell it for +$3 more, no one will buy it from you
