When drop shipping from Amazon to eBay (buy low on Amazon sell high on eBay using Amazon prime shipping) what do you guys do for invoices?

Obviously the invoice from Amazon shows the purchase price from Amazon as well as Amazon stamps all over the place...

What are some good tips, tricks, or strategies to work around this?

You mean for each order? If so , click "a gift" and your customer will get no invoice.
You must ensure you are purchasing a PRIME item. 95% of the time even if there is an invoice in the item the customer will not say anything.

If you mean, EB is asking for an invoice for this item... then just send the AZ invoice and you will be fine.

Sorry. What I mean is. When I bought my first item from AZ and sold on EB, I didn't choose gift. So my buyer is getting shipped an item from AZ, with the AZ invoice and the AZ purchase price, which is obviously less... how do I avoid this? Gift it every time? Customer will probably be wondering why they paid more on my EB listing, when the AZ receipt clearly shows less.
