Drop shipping COPYRIGHTED stuff ?

Hey guys. I want to know how drop shippers are getting away with doing stuff like this:

In first example, the whole store concept is built on the Harry Potter brand. I highly doubt the owner of the store contacted Harry Potter lawyers before setting up store and negotiated agreement. Second example is selling Pokemon products. Aren't these drop shippers taking a massive legal risk? Couldn't they get sued for all they're worth? Thoughts, please ?

yes. They can be sued if the copyright owner file a case.

well it's incredible to me that for Harry Potter guy, for example, hasn't been sued yet. He's obviously made a lot of money off his store, I see it mentioned in drop shipping discussions a lot. I find it hard to believe Harry Potter people haven't filed a suit yet... maybe he does have an agreement w/ them
