Does anyone know of any good automated good drop shipping plugins ? or any suggestion or tips on any information or advise ?

i would like to use anything other then aliexpress or alibaba plugins !?

Do you mean you are using woocommerce? if you are using shopify you can try with oberlo, if you are using woocommerce or shopify, you can try with ChinaDivision free plugin which you can see at their homepage.
If not ,send them a quote
