Drop ship from Amazon to ebay?

Where does it say that ebay and amazon do not tolerate drop shipping?

It is not my fault the buyer is lazy and has not done the research to find a product cheaper else where.

buy low, sell high

But if the customer complains, you can get Neg rep or if they are very hormonal, they could report you, which technically you haven't done anything wrong but I'm sure eBay would look down upon it.

Amazon and eBay have more important matters to attend to then dropshippers, and it makes sense, because they are making a fortune from them. But both Amazon and eBay are cracking down on this. I just read a post on BH about Amazon threatening to withhold payment from us sellers until the product is delivered to the customer; to happen sometime this summer they say. Who knows if they will go through with this; probably just a scare tactic.

The thing that I don't understand is how are you making any profit? (e.g.) sellers in the U.S. barely make any profit when they dropship in the U.S.. It seems like the only way to succeed in this game is to dropship r#plicas from China. The bad news about this is that is that customs could confiscate your product(s), the customer could obviously accuse you of selling them a r#plica, or the customer could post a bad review when their package has not come in two weeks. But if you are going to do it then make sure you trust your dropshipper to make sure they don't put their label on it, and that they not to include the order recipt. Make sure you trust them with packaging the product. Hopefully it is not damaged because they failed to properly secure the product. I hope this helped.

LOL Idk what you are talking bout..... drop shipping is still VERY profitable dude. I used to do this but backwards ebay to amazon worked quite well. If u have alot of items to sell then even if u make a $1 for each one just sell 50 of that of course this took months. I stopped because it became over bearing

It is not as profitable as wholesaling. Yes, you will make some great money dropshipping; it probably did not take you long to find out there was a better way.

This is for beginning dropshippers...just get ready to devote some serious time like Tetsuya121 is mentioning. When I say profit, I am talking about making the big money and actually being able to have a life; life is too short to spend your time filling out order forms for tons of low priced items. Why is everybody messing around with dropshipping and making a few bucks, or even $40 per sale. I am going after the bottom line; selling authentic popular products that are marked up...mmm....could be designer. Making hundreds of dollars (at least $200+ ) on every order is where it is at, (thousands per day). Dropshippers don't have the money to put forth to make a serious income. Because if they did, they would know that buying wholesale bulk would dramatically increase their profit margin. I would rather post thousands of products that are worth hundreds, than thousands of products that are listed for $3 or even $10. If you are going after money, why not go after the most?

So I read you can have up to 8 eBay Accts to a paypal acct. Would you suggest I open a new eBay acct solely for this purpose so I don't mess up my other one in case of bad rep or good rep that says "ships from amazon"? Would this be safe?

Last, can I put a disclaimer that says, "product is stored in amazon facilities and shipped by them." or is that overkill?

one $40 sale per day will make you $1200 a month. Heck a few bucks per day is not to bad for a newbie. You gotta love the power of numbers. The extra hundies earned can easily pay for cell phone bill, hosting bill, and etc.

In the early days of being an IM newbie, a few bucks everyday is a huge milestone.

And finding a quality and reliable supplier is easier said then done. Not to mention finding a product that you can yield $200+ profit.

I know that finding a reliable provider is difficult at times. But if you have that true grit, then you will have no trouble in succeeding. I know the trouble that you and others face, and I am making it my responsibility to create a thread listing my authentic wholesale distributors. This will take some time, but will be well worth the benefit to others. I am going to order from each of these wholesalers to make sure they are legit before BH members use them.

I tried dropshipping last year and it worked... on one transaction, so I made about $6. After that the prices equalized. They're impossible to find.

You are not allowed to have 8 eBay accounts. Thats old school eBay.

Cool, when will you have this list?

Dropshipping is a thing of the past. Ebay and Amazon don't tolerate this, and are getting even stricter; I don't my account banned. The only true profitable way is to buy popular authentic products in bulk. Now you are in total control of your operation, and making thousands per month.

Don't people still have problems with Ebay whacking their accounts or restricting it even though they are selling authentic items? Seems EBay and Paypal assume you are guilty. Yet, there are people selling this kind of stuff all the time with no problem.

I don't understand it...anybody have any insight?

Where is the custom label option? I have looked and cant find it.

I tried this for a while when starting but this was before the option to have a custom label was introduced, didnt end well as loads of buyers left feedback saying items were from Amazon.

Seems like a good idea if you can have your own custom label or remove it altogether.

Good luck !

i would love to know when this list is complete. thanks for the value you're adding dude

I've often considered this. The problem is that the handling time would have to be quite long. It would take 3-4 to transfer the paypal money to a bank account and then you would buy from Amazon. I suppose it would work, just the handling time makes me a little uneasy is all.

What about buying from ebay and selling on amazon? I'd imagine selling on ebay would suck due to the fees.

I am currently is the process of developing the framework and coding for my program that take the b*tch work out of finding what products from one site are profitable to sell on another.
(my program is focused towards books and the use of isbn vs UPC)
Here is a VERY simplified summary of what tasks my program is intended to do. My program tests a massive list of well ranked isbns(obtained from third party) and loops through a compiled list of classifieds sites, if there is a large enough potential profit margin, it lists the item on the site it would sell at the highest price for. The program will run this loop multiple times per day. The second function of this program will be to check current listing created and make sure that the item is still the lowest price on the current site and that it can still be purchased from the site, its intended to be bought and dropped from. Might sound pretty simple but there are far more complex conditions and scenarios that I don?t want to take the time to explain.
After all business is just buying at one price and selling at another.

Interesting...I would be interested in finding out about your software and how it is working for you? Also, are you using it to sell amazon products on ebay?
