Drop in ranking after hacking !!!!!

Could you please give me any recommendation about this issue.
My website was hacked the last March, after hacking there were a lot of Japanese links indexed at google.
and we cleaned our website two months later.
before hacking we were on the 3rd page of google for the most of our targeted keywords, now we don't even exist on the 10th page.
what should we do in this case to recover our ranking ??

I don't know what could be the solution from the pro seo here.. I would suggest what i have done after hacked by japanese hacker. I Cleaned the site and changed the server install word fence. I blocked thousands of url from "Removal tool" in GSC (after few days i got to know that google block unnecessary url for six month) I have to find the solution for that..2) Try to optimize Onpage on my site as best i can. 3)Every month I am purchasing some cheap and best services from bhw for example: 1 Cloud staking service and 2 pbn services voila m ranking.
my internal pages aren'r ranking, so far all services used for homepage. This month I will be using for internal pages.
P.s: Before hack site wasn't ranking because the previous seo agency hadnt worked on my client site..

Wp itself isn't the problem, as it's audited by lots of people. The problem is the noob devs as well as themes/plugins eco system it has. It's pretty easy to shoot yourself with php anyway.
