Anyone experiencing the same? Got some of my websites affected.

Moz rolled out their new da algorithm today.

I guess they are building/configuring new, more accurate solutions

Here we go again. Moz changing their arbitrary stat to another arbitrary standard, this will be bad for some and good for others.

What I don't get about this fucking company is that the only people that give the slightest shit about their service are people dealing in links and domains yet when they make a change like this they get (mostly new) people dejected and they give up. Less people in that niche means less people buying their service.

Muppets.

Moz isn't targeting tech-savvy internet marketers, they're targeting small business owners who know nothing about SEO and just want their site to get more traffic. The 50-year old bakery isn't going to close up shop just because a few arbitrary numbers went down, but they will absolutely spend more on SEO to get those numbers back to what they were previously.

few of my websites dropped -4 DA with the new update...

You think small non-tech savvy are going to even have the slightest clue what the fuck a moz is?

Given that it ranks at #1 AND #2 for "SEO", and ranks at #2 for "Search Engine Optimization", yes, a lot of non-IM people know about Moz.

Does DA even matter? Certainly not a marketing expert but BHW users have been saying how easy it is to manipulate DA.

All the tumblr blogs DA has been dropped. Ranking using expired tumblr blogs will work hereafter?

Google doesn't give a shit about what Moz stats your website has so why would ranking with them change to how it was yesterday?

These changes will only affect your business if you are directly selling domains or links based on Moz stats, if not you do not need to care about this recent change.
