driving traffic not getting impressions

Hello, So I have website up, it auto aggregates. I am using otohits, ebruscher, and 10khits. I am not seeing any results on propeller ads. Am I doing something wrong? I set them up to hide referrer and to click. Would affiliate marketing with this be my next step? Or what is generally done next to try and monitize it more?
