Driving traffic and basic SEO (Backlinks, emails, etc.) HELP!

Hello,
I have been a member of this forum for a long time as a guest and recently decided it's time to take action and share methods.
I have built a website on a Low Competition Niche (250,000 global searches), and to get on page 1 of google I need to beat a PR4 + 32k backlinks.
I have the website built and got decent traffic (1500 daily visitors, and recurring).

I do not know where to continue from here.
I have 0 backlinks, and no idea where to start.
I have no idea how to drive traffic in (Free preferred).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
