Driving around with ads on cars?

i would rather try to post a ad into local newspaper to find people who are driving much around than just driving yourselfe around to show your ad...
monthly payment for each ad-car-driver and make sure to include a form on your website, so people can select where they know your website from eg. "car ad".
like taseerali99 mentioned, taxis will work as well.
