Drive 3G Traffic to landing

We are looking if is possible get a software or anything for send 3G Traffic ( For example spain operator ) to landing page with different IP's.

Is this possible?

You can use htaccess code to redirect visitors from a scrap forward directory and attentively direct all visitors pointing the url to your mobile version of your website.

Then you can use any random traffic generator to seamlessly streamline the process.

You'll probably need to detect the browser user agent and see if it has the mobile operator name on it and then redirect based on that string.
