Drip feed or drop all

When building content for a site do you guys tend to publish all your copy at once and then begin working on SEO for each, or do you publish them one at a time.

I usually upload 3-4 articles (if using wordpress I put the published times back by 1-2 weeks) to give the site some history and then do 1-2 articles per week depending how well my KW's are ranking.

Just curious do what other people do.

(Note: The sites I work with are typically blogs for genuine sites, not PBN's / Niche blogs etc)

3. Put real time

It's the way I work.

I tend to put on the monetised content asap, let it gather age. I drip feed the fluff content.
