Which one is better? And what is the minimum payout for Cleanfiles?

That's too much. I used Sharecash and quit just because of the high limit. I think I'm going with Dreamcash, you only need to have 10$ in order to withdraw.

Oh so you have to wait for account activation now? Well that's alright since I know where I can contact the owner of the website, maybe he'll get me in easier.

Why not split test both networks and see what works best for your traffic?

From what I have heard Cleanfiles seems to be the best. I would suggest you cross-test both platforms and see what network converts better with your traffic. You never know, Dreamcash might convert better than Cleanfiles. It's all up to your traffic and what network you feel comfortable working with. Both networks have a good reputation and will pay you if you promote their offers the right way.
