Bro like I say at start there is many factors that google use to rank websites, but none here can help you just from information that you put few links and after that serps go down... and If you ask me about PBN's here I think I would never again test some...
I have my PBN really good with good domains and for one project I need a lot of more then 60 how much I have and I was thinking because need that much just for this project to buy just PBN posts and not full domains but after 5-6 tests services here and all damn sux and all domains just have PR and spammy links to get DA and other metrics up, all I got is spammy posts and -$$$$ nothing else so I decide to better buy domains... will be more money but I know I will get good juice from them and rank easy....
So think about that, to even buy your own domains if you know to pick ones but like I see you like all see just DA PA and sh*t metrics... or I dont know

And again if need some help when I have time will try to help, just pm me or domain or even those PBN links, probably I test those already.... . Because those 5-6 test that I did was last few weeks and didn't find one good service with good links... I rank a lot of high competition keywords with damn 5-7 high links and with this here even If I put 50 I don't see some good improvement and all show some reviews from 2013 year or ranks from 200 to 50... that I would do with some really low low links... but to rank from 30 to 1 for some medium/high keywords I think its inposible with those services here...
