I have invested in 500$ in this JV.

This guy hasn't paid me from the first month. I have sent him from 2 paypal accounts each 250$. I have raised a dispute and for one dispute i got the money and for the other one he promised me to pay the amount. so I have withdrawn the other dispute.

Now after that he responded for a couple of days and then dissappeared. He still comes daily to the BHW and will be on skype. I have his mobile number and call him daily but never responds to the calls, skype.

I have his mobile number too. Can anyone trace him and can I lodge a complaint on him?

1) You're going to need to post some proof - email/skype/BHW msg transcripts - whatever you got that shows documentation of what went on.

2) If he wasn't honoring the agreement, why on earth would you cancel a paypal dispute? You only get one dispute per transaction - aka, Your only recourse on that second transaction is what you're doing here.

Good luck - I hope he considers his BHW account worth more than the money he's collected otherwise all you'll get out of this is seeing him banned.
 
You shouldn't have closed the dispute. Now you can't dispute on the same transaction once again.

You can post any proof you have on this thread, but do not
post any of his personal info - like for instance, don't post
his home address, phone number etc.

I sent a PM to dra$tic and told him to respond immediately
on this thread. If he does not respond within a day or two,
please notify me and I will take the next step.

Yes, it is true Karthik invested $500 in a SMS campaign JV with me and has only received half of his investment back. I am going through financial hardship currently dealing with criminal and family attorneys and child support. If you are willing I am able to do some kind of payment plan with you or even better if you have CPA or Adsense I can place your ads to my traffic sites to help you recover the losses plus interest. Contact me via PM or Skype if one of those options are viable for you.
 
@dra$tic: It would have been more professional if you had immediately
informed 22karthikreddy of your financial problem. Keeping someone in
the dark is the worst thing you can do in situations such as this.

If 22karthikreddy is willing to allow you to work out a payment plan,
all the better. I like to see these types of situations resolved amicably.

@22karthikreddy: Please keep me informed of the progress regarding
dra$tic's promise to pay you within a reasonable amount of time.

Just wanted to come in and say that me and Dra$tic are good friends, Seeing this thread i already knew he would reply and try too work something out, but i do know that he is having very personal issues he told me about and if i can i would definitely help him out soon, He deserves some time and a chance to get on his feet, I havent spoken to him for about a month ever since he started having those issues so i hope everything is heading the right direction and i hope 22karthikreddy is willing to work something out and understand, Goodluck to the both of them!
Also Wiz, If im doing anything to annoy you please go ahead and feel free to remove this post,didnt mean to budge in.

just to tell u guys the asshole won't be around here telling his so call hardship on family, girl friends etc if Mod here doesn't give him a PM..
 
The JV thread has been locked, but can still be viewed in case anyone else needs to refer back to it. I've noted it at the top of his post. There still seem to be some people who haven't been notified of your monetary issues, I would suggest filling them in and acting like a professional.

I too invested in this JV and in the beginning "dra$tic" asked that we be patient and try to work through his "hardship" or whatever but not he does not respond on skype as he claims and ignores Skype messages, PM or emails.
I can send skype conversation and paypal transaction id's if needed for proof.

After he told me about his problems (after he missed the first payment date well over a month ago), he promised to repay us and has not made any efforts to do so.
 
I've contacted you on Skype jpmvc, I'm ready to start repaying the remaining investment + interest to both parties under the terms I've described.
 
Dra$tic, someone wants to help you pay. I pmed you already. You always paid all this time and working with you have been unusually profitable. It's sad that it has to stop.

Take your time. Sort your problem and let us know if we can have some arrangements. You can sell the business to some other people for example.

I also invested $500 to this JV thread. But unlike what happened to Karthik who has got his $250 back, I've NEVER got any money from drastic since my investment. Also unlike jpmvc who's been skyped about his investment, drastic NEVER replied to all of my messages, skype, PM, none, nada. That's really deeply truly disappointing considering that I was the FIRST who trusted him and invested my $500 to this project (check on the JV thread). The last skype message that I sent to him was

on July 7th and I got no reply from him AT ALL. Now I truly believe that he doesn't have any goodwill to return my money back. A scammer. Now I don't live in US so I can't track him and do something to him, but I do really hope that someone can help me do that. At least make him return my $500 investment. I don't really care about his financial problem. Guess what? I'm in financial problem too. But I always pay my debt, whatever it takes. So I don't see any reason why he shouldn't.
 
dra$tic has begun to respond to my Skype messages since I posted on this board and has proposed a way to repay me the money but since it is not a method I am able to receive immediately (and was not part of the original plan or investment) it is taking me some time to be able to potentially be repaid this way.

I will update the board once I either am able to receive and actually do receive repayment or not.
 
Sounds like a lot of time being bought with false promises.

If he had traffic sites and is offering to throw up CPA offers to reclaim the money, he simply would have done so on his own and repaid you guys with those earnings.

I sincerely hope he will pay all of you back, but from experience, its rarely the case.
 
he had to deal with a girl that throw in false accusation to him. Defending that in court takes money. Wait till the issue is resolved and demand cash. It's probably not just cash but time. He got to concentrate on beating the charge.

I am all for reconciliation than punishment. As long as he agreed that he does owe you money, let's wait 2-3 months and raise the issue again. Not like we need the money fast. That's the path that one of my friend choose at least.
