Is increasing the Dr of website is benifical or just use less

I see alot of people providing dr increase service

It's been a long-standing vanity metric. I've been in the SEO industry for a long time, and it used to matter more than it does now, slightly. However, nobody REALLY knows the true domain authority, and they can be easy to manipulate (remove high DA links once service has been offered and review is left), so that's annoying.

There's not many shortcuts to getting high quality links other than broken link building, strategic outreach and paying. I prefer paying, personally. This can be done through sponsorships, link brokers, partnerships, etc.

absolutely no use, you need that only if you are looking to sell more links on your website.
I'll look at it at first glance if I'm reviewing a large set of sites. Ahrefs DR isn't terrible, and is often used. When Google sunsetted PageRank - DA (SEOMoz - now Moz) coined the term, then Majestic had something similar. It can always be gamed by link sellers/brokers, so keep that in mind. Those selling "HIGH DR" in bulk are able to do it because they're junk pages 1000x miles away from the homepage (and will recieve little to no link equity).

Do they increase dr moz, ahrefs da and semrush as all at the same time?. Also read the reviews.

Mostly for those who want to sell links using DR as metrics. If you're trying to rank your own website, merely increasing DR wouldn't help as much. In fact, it may hurt you more since some of the methods involve use of not so good links sometimes.
