Recently, I found some most disturbing auctions on Flippa. This is the first time that I noticed such high volume of disturbing auctions since joining SP last 2002.

Example:

Code:
https://flippa.com/auctions/123280/Pro-Smoking-Lobby
And there are lots of auctions with the phrase "guaranteed, $4500 per month" hype for a turnkey website that doesn't even have google search data... LOL

I reported a couple of these yesterday and thanks to the good admins, they suspended the auctions I recommended... Flippa is a very good place to people like us who are selling real moneymaking websites but these people are trying to take advantage of anything... I hope Flippa rules and policies would be more strict against thse types of scumbugs...

haha $800,000 I sell sites on flippa pretty regularly I hope they don't F it up.

I've noticed this too. Yesterday I almost accidentally bidded on a duplicate site in which the owner claimed that the content was unique.

Lot of stuff like that on there lately. Somebody I bought some sites from for a bunch of money ended up buying some falsely represented sites there a few months ago. He was pretty screwed.

I goto the SOLD page sometimes and I just cringe at what people have paid for badly created sites with no traffic.

fu*king scammers I hope flippa screw all of them!

Although It would be impossible for that scammer to get someone stupid enough to actually pay those $800000 for that crappy site...

I think the intention of this idiot is just to have visitors to his crappy site.. heck, even a multimillion dollar cigarette company will not buy such crappy domain.... What's the sense? I can register all remaining extensions and outrank the .com in google for less than $50. this dumb MTFK doesn't know what he is doing... He don't have any rating yet though.... or I can create blogger page and put an article regarding that scamming of this prosmokinglobby.com, and rank it on top of google.. LOL what do you say?

I encountered a lot of scammers in the past but this one is the dumbest of them all.. lol

fiverr is full of scammers. call them out on their feedback, too many people leave fake feedback, they feel pressured to do it or something, weird.

Well, it's normal for fiverr, but heck, Flippa is different should not not be infested by these low life scammers..

LOl :D

$800K for website which do not make money :D :D

THey have been on Flippa since the beginning, search for the "fried eggs"(ibelievethatwasit) auctions

Flippa is a fucking joke. One too many "Get rich selling crap on Flippa" eBooks got sold. Even sites people are selling in the $500 range are a joke. Month old domains, all auto setup, with "potential" monthly incomes of thousands. You take a look and the guy has like 5 of the exact same site for sale with different domains and designs. Shit you could outsource the build of for maybe $100, and find yourself a way better domain for at reg fee. I hardly even look at Flippa anymore...

Flippa better start being strict. These crappy auto with "potential" sites should be stopped. This can only add Adsense strictness and what a waste of domains...
