Downloading, watermarking, and uploading question

I love that idea of putting it in the cloud. I wanted it to be an all in one service were I'm giving a cost per video download/upload. For instance $5 for 20 videos and they provide the addresses.
Watermarking by itself in bulk = okay service
downloading and watermarking = great service
downloading and watermarking then reuploading = becoming the go to guy for everything video related. I think uploading is the hardest because you have to take in consideration the coding of custom modules for the different sites you will support.
i am currently working on something similar for personal use only first, then most likely commercial as there is nothing similar that works well and is cheap available on the market .A mass download oad , watermarking and upload factory all in the cloud . I am done with about 8 fully coded adult sites(acct creation and email verification, login in and upload modules, with some download video modules on some site)
