So..

I have a chipped 360.

Where do you recommend I download games?

Is it as simple as just burning them onto a disk as an application?

Xbox 360 games do not use regular DVD's they use DVD+DL (dual layer dvds),and it has to be burned at a slower speed I think. 4x instead of 8x.
