Are there any good BH tools out there to download stock footage for free or cheap.
I know there are plenty of tools for photos but what about videos?

There are websites where it's free to download stock videos: https://www.pexels.com/videos and https://pixabay.com/videos/ just as examples.

Also this https://coverr.co/, might be more, but these options should suffice.

It sometimes better than https://www.shutterstock.com/home, and I use https://unsplash.com/images/stock its also free
