some quite (2-5k views) popular videos i download and reupload myself making no changes get flagged very quickly, is this because i made absolutely no changes? if so how would you recommend to change it (fastest way) i read some people changed brightness, added logo, ect would these work?

u must cut 4 or 5 seconds of the video so youtube won't think it's the same video
