how they work ? if they use cookies in back end how they manage many cookies and instagram wont block them ?

They use a huge amount of accounts to scrape the content. Every account uses a separate IPv4 network. Every account has an own environment with cookies, user agent, HTTP request headers, "human emulation" etc.

If they don't make mistakes, it can never be detected by IG.

Creating accounts in bulk is not as easy as it may sound, you are better off buying ready-to-use accounts from reputable sellers.

You can create multiple accounts using an anti-detect browser and proxies. Better to use mobile proxies since they use the real IPs provided by mobile ISPs. With this combo, you can create and manage multiple accounts.
