okay its been a very long time since ive downloaded music and back in the day i use to use limewire to do it or torrents if i wanted a whole album.

So i want like 20 songs quick and not downloading from youtube then removing the video etc etc etc.....

so any sites or something with lots and lots of music for free

i don't care if its legal or illegal i just need to get some more tracks lol

i'd stay away from free mp3 download sites. more often then not they're just trying to get rich with popups and ppi. and half the mp3s they show in a search result don't work.

there's a tool online where you can put in a youtube vid and it'll convert to mp3 automatically. just go0gle "flv 2 mp3" or something like that.

for full albums, you could try searching for .rar's. but that's a pain in the butt sometimes.

Crap Crap and these don't work.... just tried them all except the youtube one

edit: oh wait it does but just very very very slow

just use saulseek it is simmilar like limewire and very to install and nice downloads.

Definitely soulseek. You may have to wait a bit, but I always get what I'm looking for. Coda.fm also looks interesting

Soulseek is decent, but direct connect is your best bet lewi, everything you could ever want there

Whats wrong with limewire? I use limewire pro and it works fantastic.
If you need a copy of Lpro let me know or if you want just send over the list and ill download em for you lewi.

Thanks everyone for all your ideas and suggestions.... managed to get the songs now but dam is it alot slower than it use to be

Don't know what was wrong with limewire i was using the old pro version and it wouldn't connect at alll... switched to standard version 5 and that one just sucks ass LOL

Limewire and torrents suck. Privately hosted files on rapidshare and megaupload. Definately better. But you need to know how to search for them.

Yeah i used to use limewire too. But then my GF downloaded a bunch of .exe's and got a ton of viruses.

Yes, use the program LimeWire Basic with a good antivirus

Yeah when i first downloaded it was doing that. But now i just leave it running for 2-3 minutes and VOILA!! lol its kinda super fast too
