Download file from onedrive share file

Hi everyone, there is tool to download file onedrive folder which shared for me? Seems like owner disabled download feature , Thanks

If the folder owner has disabled downloads in OneDrive, I do not think there is a reliable way to bypass that restriction. The easiest solution is to reach out to the owner and ask them to enable downloads or provide the files through another sharing method.
