Yea go for it, you will have no harm done to you.
Thing is tho, uploading another video with the EXACT same tags, description and title will either get deleted by youtube or possibly not get as many views as quickly as the original video.
Try to change the title around a bit, use a different description and if you do this, using the same tags should be fine. But still you could risk getting it pulled down for copyright. Just depends on the type of video.
So nothing mayjor will happen, But just incase they decide to trace it back to your CPA network or your CPA network it self spots traffic coming from a copyrighted video, its best to put a link through a landing page redirect or just bit.ly

i will try now to get some traffic to cpa offers...
are you saying i can get a vid that has like 500K views... copy it sort of and try to get the same views without getting kicked out?
what about videos like movie trailers? can i reup those? and music vids?

It depends on the video....
Also a video with 500k views has prolly been on the website for a long time and has lots of backlinks and spread out all over the internet.
Copying the titles ect and re-uploading will most likely not produce lots of views quickly, unless it is a hot topic like "sex girls" or something.
Re-uploading movie trailers and music videos will most likely get the video taken down pretty quickly......
You can still try tho, you might get something to stick for a while...

Go with sex type videos. Just type in youtube search "sexy babe" or smth. Download the first 5 videos, edit them, rename video files, upload, use similar title, description with lots of sex related keywords and keywords.
These vids should easily get you 1k views each in one day.
