Doubts for a PBN

It's my first post and I hope you can help me. I have done many searches on the forum however I do not find answers to these questions.

I know that in a PBN it is important to leave no trace (footprints), however.
If I have 10 PBN, in the 10 I must add in the .htacess the lock to MOZ, Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc?, Or I should block them only in 5, and allow tracking on the other 5?

I also read that it is important to update the content at least 1 or 2 times a month to simulate as much as possible a normal website. If I have 10 PBNs, and at all I update frequently, the link to my money site will be lost on the second or third page, and I will lose the link juice.
Should I set the post (sticky) with the outbound link on the 10 PBN to keep the link on the home page?

Block all except google crawler

OP dont treat your PBN like a PBN. Treat it like a regular site and post content on them. No need to block anything. Just make sure there is no connection between them and you are good to go. IF you do the job well, even your PBN sites will start getting traffic.
