doubts about lauching my store.

Hello, Everyone, I'm about to start a Dropshipping Business but before to start I have a few doubts that I want to resolve before to launch my store here is the thing:

I live in Venezuela, I'm looking forward to receiving USD, Shopify they only have listed Paypal express to receive payments for orders in my country so I'm a little confused since I'm looking for flexibility to my clients I would like to put Credit Cards Payments to my store they have others merchant to link to Shopify but these Merchants like 2checkout have the same restrictions of receiving Credit Cards in my country.
there would be a problem if I use VPN and change the country does that would have repercussions in the constitution of my business? since I am from Venezuela and not in the US, What is the best way to receive Credit Card Payments?

You can take credit card payments with PayPal.

You can use Stripe. There's a post here on BHW about how to get a stripe account approved without living in the US. Go search for it and start working.
