Doubt with adding page links to blogger

http://sevida-satankmkr.blogspot.in/ Guys hover over the " about " and archive you will see http://sevida-satankmkr.blogspot.in/p/about.html (on the left end of firefox screen) http://sevida-satankmkr.blogspot.in/p/archive.html my question is how to add custom page links to blogger like this???? help me out

Not totally sure what you're asking but it seems that all they're doing in that theme is linking to a page ( designated by /p/ in link) rather than a blog post. You just make a page in blogger and link it in the menu. You might have to code it in if it is a custom theme. Please clarify if thats not what you're asking, I have a lot of experience with blogger themes.

That's my doubt /p/ in link how to create a custom link for the page to link it to menu?

if I create a new page for blog as ex: archive the "view" shows the page link like "/p/blog-page_10.html"

how to change the /p/blog-page_10.html to /p/archive.html
