I need a service, and someone sent me a direct message saying they have it, but they don't have a topic for that service. Is there any guarantee against non-compliance?

Be careful with unsolicited DMs. If they don’t have a public thread, reviews, or clear proof, it’s better to avoid and report.

Are they a non-upgraded member? If not, they are not allowed to sell on here. Report them.

If they ARE an upgraded member, they're not allowed to slide into people's DMs to sell. Also report them.
