Doubt on how to make PBN

Hi everyone,
I'm following a guide here on the forum to create a PBN. This is my first ...
After a long search I found an expired domain to start my test. The domain seems to meet all the requirements: over 30 ******** backlinks from very authoritative sites, from Webarchive it does not appear to have been subject to spam or similar, it is still indexed on Google, etc.

The niche is not exactly what I need but with a little imagination it can be solved.

I come to the question.. 90% of the backlinks point to the homepage while the remaining 9% to pdfs in the /media/ folder and 1% to internal pages with very ugly urls like /pages/article/text.pdf.

I recreated the homepage that with a little imagination I brought closer to my niches.. I was wondering: for the moment I publish the site and wait for Google then in a few months slowly start to create new ones or should I also recreate those pdfs + the two internal pages before publishing the site?

Another question: since the site also has other NoFollow backlinks that are to internal pages that I would not like to recreate, when I publish the site, is it better for me to redirect all the 404s to the index via 301?

You don't have to shift the whole website niche to match your exact niche,
Being in the broad/similar niche where it seems natural to get a link from is good enough,
For example, if your website is about "apples", you don't have to change a previously used "doctor" domain to apples, it's okay to keep it as the original,

I tend to have most of the PBN websites within the same broad niche, 60% or so should do the work to keep it natural,
You can get links from relatively different niches as long as it makes sense & seems natural, it should make sense that no one tells it's a PBN website,

You can restore the pages/URLs that got the links immediately, as long as there are not too many of them,
That depends on how long the domain has been deindexed as well,
If the domain was not used for 4+ years, it's probably considered & treated as new when it comes to content & ranking,
Such domains are usually sandbox, so I believe they'll be under some stricter spam algos and could be penalized for mass publishing for example,
They will still hold and pass link juice tho, they could be used for that purpose without a problem,

When it comes to the nofollow links & 301s to the homepage, my personal opinion is to avoid doing so,
It doesn't seem as natural, it would be a better choice to redirect to relevant pages, even for too many of them, I would group them & link to several pages,
I'm not saying that 301 to the homepage will strictly cause problems, but again, it's not natural, there's a debate about that for many PBN (legit) creators,
and doing so with only the nofollow will make it more unnatural, especially if you do that with every PBN website you have,

Last note, don't aim to get as many websites/domains, more domains usually equal more investing in terms of work/hosting/design/content, etc...
So, you'll be investing much more into all of these while passing approx the same amount of link juice, & weaker domains could get penalized more easily,
It's not that you should invest into just a couple or only the ones with 1000s of RDs as they will usually get overpriced in the auctions,
The best choice is to get the domains with the most RDs/Links while meeting the best link profile price as the cheaper ones, 100-1000 is the sweet spot,

Thanks for the reply. All clear.. I'll take this opportunity to ask you: being a beginner I bought about ten domains without paying too much attention to the initial check.. now I find myself with 4/5 that seem very good and with these I would build a PBN. I noticed that the other 4/5 remaining either have few backlinks (albeit strong) or I suspect spam in the past years, having already purchased the latter how can I exploit them? since it doesn't seem like a good idea to build a site on it... one in particular is an old site of a political party that has dozens and dozens of ******** backlinks from national magazines (very strong) but looking on WebArchive I realized that it was perhaps the object of spam (I found Chinese writings). What do you think I should do with this kind of sites?
