Doubt about Moz dot com login account banned

Hi member,

I have created account in moz but now its showing that "please contact the team members".
Or it showing that " your account has been banned".

So i created another account, again and again it showing the same.

I dont know how to fix it. Can you please give one solution

today I've received the same massage about ban. how to recover the account?
