Sorry for a bit off-topic question guys, but do these exe files from PPI networks actually contain any harmful stuff like malwares, etc?

Malware is illegal stuff like stealing someones passwords, credit card details, locking PC for money etc... These PPI-s are not about that. They are technically adware that is not against the law but they can be annoying cause they are often aggressive on advertising stuff on PCs

You archive the file twice, simple stuff.
