Double spacing using bullet point on visual editor?

I don't want to use swift and enter twice to make double spacing for bullet points. I want to press enter once to make double line spacing for each bullet point on visual editor to ease my writing. May I know how can I do it...?And when I publish content using HTML editor.... my content become no spacing for the whole content at all... why this happens???
