Double post 12 minutes later when I was AFK

For some reason a post of mine got doubled 12 minutes later, while I was AFK, so I know I couldn't have accidentally posted it.

I saw a similar thing yesterday with one of madoctopus' posts.

And then a few minutes later he posted the same thing (several posts down).

I assumed he had posted twice, but could be the same glitch?

last i heard there shooting people for double posts now
