How can I tell if this site is legit and works? Does anyone know about this site .. cloak*edlink dot com. Its a very simple step to get double meta refresh.

You can do this yourself, search the download section for a similar script.

Honestly .. I searched the forum and I can tell ya that I would rather pay someone to do this for me. The above website is as simple as it gets thats why I was wondering if that would work. All the .php and codes and the redirects 1 and 2 etc. I know NOTHING about. I should invest in some computer courses because Im a very big noob with this. PM me if someone will do this at a cost.
