Double Meta Refresh Question!

Ok, I have the code for the Double Meta I want to do, but ive searched and searched on the forum and I cant find a single post or sticky that shows how to do a DMR step by step! . I need help here!, What do i do now with this code? How do I get this setup?

Seeing that you have searched the forum I'll teach you what to do.

1) you need to create 2 php files one meta refresh code in each one.
2) Have your first php file refresh to your second php file which will check if the referer is blank or not.
3) Than have your second php file refresh to your affiliate link or whatever that suites your needs.
4) The End.

So the sequence is something like this:

redirect.php> redirect2.php > landing page
