Double Meta Refresh Question - , Genjutsu's Code

I used Genjutsu's double meta refresh php code I found in another thread.

The code works except when Im trying to use it with junk traffic(ie BHC typr services) or pop under/popup traffic.
In which case it will never get past redirect1.

I tried adding in an addition hmtl meta refresh but that still does not work.
{ Html meta > redirect1 > redirect2 }

What do you mean by this? You need to open it up in a text editor (not a word processor like Word), or open it up in an html editor.

But all I get with that are 2 pages that each show: "; } ?>
