take that 100mil, buy a cd for 10 years. At the end of 10 years you have made about 33million dollars in interest.
But not sure why anyone would even need over 25 million dollars. Even living a rich lifestyle, you would spend about 200-300k on a brand new car, about 3-4 mil on a house, ant like 100-200k on some gadgets/clothing/food/etc..
with taxes an all that would come out probably like 10 million dollars max from up front. Then every year you would pay like <100-200k to maintain it. Meaning 25mil should last you for a lifetime. Unless you buy like 10 cars and 10 houses and shit, in which case you deserve to go bankrupt.
And if you live as a normal person with a 50-100k car, a 500k house, and yearly expenses of about 50-100k, then you shouldn't even need more than like 10-15mil for a lifetime.
